Application deadline (date) must be strictly adhered to. After which, any application will not be accepted.
Only the years’ financial records from 2015 to 2017 will be considered. But any related info after the closing date will not be considered.
Only the original signature on the hard copy of the Application Form will accepted.
Though Application Form maybe downloaded from the Awards Website, but all duly filled hard copies of the applications must be submitted to the address as required below:

All applications must be accompanied with cheque payment. Without which the Application is considered as disqualified.
The cheque is payable to: MCIL Multimedia Sdn Bhd
Random site visits by external auditors and committee will be made to randomly selected Target Audiences.
Decision of the judging panel is final. No further inquiry will be entertained.
Successful applications will be notified by mails individually at least one month before the Awards Giving Ceremony.
